Privacy Policy

We collect the details you enter on the form: your name, parents' names, date of birth, gender, blood group, marital status, phone number, email, address, native place, Aadhaar number, family size, education, occupation, annual family income range, optional social profile links, your photo and your reasons for joining. We use them only to process your membership and issue your receipt. Your income range is not printed on the receipt.

You log in with the mobile number you registered with to see or update your details. While you are logged in, your browser keeps a login cookie for up to 30 days. If you ask us to correct a locked detail, we keep your request and the value you asked for until the Samiti office has reviewed it.

If you are looking for a bride or groom, you also give us your son's or daughter's name, age, qualification, gotra, nakshatra, rashi, food habit and photo. Please share these only with their agreement. They are used only to help find a suitable match within the Samiti, and are shared with other families only if you have said you wish to be contacted. To withdraw them, contact the site administrator.

Your data is stored on our server, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is kept only as long as needed for that purpose. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash for spam prevention.

To ask for access to or deletion of your data, contact the site administrator.
